Its important for us to have your up to date details
It is very important that we hold the correct personal details for you at the practice. This includes your address, telephone number and email. Please let us know straight away if you move house or change your telephone number.
You can do this in several ways:
- Using the NHS App
- If you are already registered for online services then updating your details is very quick and easy to do.
- If not, then please visit the reception desk. You could register for online services at the same time.
