Messaging in the NHS App

The messaging feature in the NHS App is a convenient and secure way to receive appointment reminders and other messages that you might usually get a different way. For example, through SMS text messages or letters.

The NHS App provides the ability to book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record. This upgrade gives you confidence that a message is actually from your Surgery.
