Complaints
Everyone at High Field Surgery endeavours to provide the best service and care possible. Unfortunately we understand that there may be times when you feel this has not happened. If you have a complaint about the practice please feel free to talk to one of the doctors or our Practice Manager. You can do this in person, or by phoning the practice or by writing to us at the above address. You are entitled to have your complaint considered and to receive a response from us, please see the patient complaint leaflet for full details of how to raise your concern and details of the support available to you.
