Travel Advice

We offer a comprehensive travel advice service and we are also registered as a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre. You can make an appointment with the nurses for travel advice and related immunisations.

Before making an appointment:

  • please print off and read our travel advice leaflet*.
  • print off and complete a travel questionnaire* for each person travelling and hand into the surgery.
  • make an appointment for travel advice with the Practice Nurse at least one week after returning the form to the surgery (this gives time for our Practice Nurse to work out an individual travel health plan for you).

For further information please look at the Fit For Travel website - an informative NHS travel website.

Please be aware that the practice has introduced a policy whereby vaccines that incur a charge must be paid for prior to immunisation.
