Administration
Lorraine Brown HND BA(Hons) is our Practice Manager and Janet Towler BTEC(admin) AMSPAR is her Administrative Assistant. They are both involved with the administration of the practice and are available to answer any questions you may have about the practice and the services that we provide.
We also have a full back up staff including medical secretary and data input clerk.
Receptionists
Our receptionists are here to help you and will deal with requests for appointments, visits and repeat prescriptions. However, we do ask you to accept that they sometimes have the difficult job of trying to keep both the doctors and the patients happy. All problems are dealt with in confidence.
