Other Services That The Surgery Provides
Asthma
If you suffer from asthma please be aware that Dr Whitley runs regular clinics on a Monday. During these clinics he monitors your condition and checks that your medication is helping you. Appointments will be sent out to you if necessary for follow up.
Diabetes
If you have diabetes we normally arrange for you to be reviewed twice a year; usually at the surgery although sometimes you may be seen at the hospital. During these visits we will check: blood tests for cholesterol, kidney function and diabetes control (HbA1c); your blood pressure; your feet and your urine. You should also have once yearly retinal screening (photographs of the back of your eye) at the hospital.
ENT
Dr Bobet has a special interest in Ear, Nose and Throat problems and may see patients who would normally be referred to a hospital ENT specialist. Referral is made via your usual doctor.
Minor Surgery
We are able to perform a wide variety of minor operations within the practice. Please contact your doctor who will arrange this.
